Kirsty Lee Fros is a mum-of-three based in Emerald, Queensland.
The 35-year-old mamma has lost 30kg and dropped FOUR clothes sizes since she signed up to The Healthy Mummy’s 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
“I have been a member for one year after trying to lose weight for 21 years,” she says.
“By losing that weight I have lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol and no longer need medication for them.” INCREDIBLE!!
In fact, Kirsty reveals her energy levels are so much higher than ever before.
“I can now keep up with my children and life in general. I feel so much healthier in general,” she says.
Best of all, she no longer needs medication for blood pressure or high cholesterol.
“A four years ago I was medicated for my blood pressure, as it was high in quite a few regular check-ups and my doctor checked my cholesterol just to be safe,” she says.
“Lucky he did! I think I’m still in disbelief with how healthy I am, how much energy I have and how I look.
“I tried for so long to get to where I am so it doesn’t feel real.”
What Kirsty eats on a typical day
Morning tea: The Super Greens help a lot if my energy is low. I love the Carb X a lot because I’m a big carb eater. I use the Control X on the days where I’m feeling extra hungry to stop myself overeating.
Lunch: Healthy Mummy meal like the Healthy Ham and Salad Roll

“Some of my favourite recipes are Lamington Bliss Balls, Caramilk Rocky Road, Superfood Rocky Road, Stovetop Lasagne, Mexican Chicken Salad, Taco Nourish Bowl, Healthy Ham and Salad Roll. I actually love most recipes!”
Kirsty’s top tips for success:
“We all have bad days but by getting back to it rather than giving up will help you get you your results. Also utilise the Facebook groups,” she adds.
“Ask any questions or for advice or support that you need too. Those groups are full of amazing supportive and inspirational women who are only too happy to help.”
